Roman Polanski, welcome to hell

polanskiThere are times when reading the daily news makes you sad, depressed, miserable.
Well, today is not one of these days.
Today I am extremely happy because the fucker on the left, Roman Polanski, has been finally arrested and will hopefully be extradited to the United States, where he will face trial for having raped a 13 year old girl back in 1977.
Mr. Polanski, don’t get me wrong, I think you’re a great movie director, but at the same time I hope you will suffer like a tortured pig for what you have done to that girl.
I don’t give a damn that you are a holocaust survivor, that your wife has been murdered, that after all these years that raped girl has forgiven you.
You will pay the consequences for what you have done, and I pray that your prison buddies will show you what kind of treatment is given to all the dirty pedophiles like yourself.

And to all of you that give this rapist bastard any kind of support: fuck you.  Really.
Have a nice day.

Rest In Peace, Michael

michael-jacksonWell, I have waited a bit before writing two lines about MJ’s death, since I first wanted to wait for everyone else to express their opinion before saying my own.
First thing that makes me wonder is: how come the “Innocent until proved guilty” rule does not apply when people are accused of rape or being pedophiles?
I mean, if I go to somebody I don’t even know, and I accuse him of being a drug dealer, noone will probably believe me until some evidence is found.
On the other hand, if I accuse him of being a pedophile, he INSTANTLY becomes one.
There is this doctor I know in Italy, and his stepson accused him of sexual abuse.
Well, it was later proved that this kid had mental problems and he made everything up, but guess what?
In the eyes of everybody, he is still a pedophile, he lost his job, and his career is ruined forever.
Nice huh?
Now, about Jacko, the guy had issues.
I mean, serious mental issues.
His brain was obviously stuck to the level of a 13 year old boy.
Just look at the way he was wasting all his money, and how he behaved on the (few) public appearances.
Building a private theme park for his own fun? Cmon.
He probably did sleep in the same bedroom with kids, the same way we all slept in the same bed with our friends when we were 13 at the camp or when invited at a friend’s house.
He needed help. He had to be counselled by a professional psychoanalyst or sent to a mental institution.
Did anybody care?
Of course not. In a mental institution it would have been much harder for all the rats that “cared” for his health to get all the money they needed from him.
His family, his managers, the accusing mothers, the magazines that posted everything they could to make him look like a pedophile to sell more copies.
Everyone around him  abused his mental weakness and took everything  until there was nothing left to take, and all he had left were debts and a ruined reputation.
Oh, and I almost forgot about his personal doctor, yes.
The same doctor that prescribed the tranquilizer and sleeping pills cocktail that finally killed him.
And to finish this wonderful fairytale, I will just mention that outside the hospital where he was taken after the stroke, Michael’s dad was seen smiling and waving at the fans, and laughing with some manager.
Well guys congratulations, now he is out of the way, and you can finally enjoy the goods without having to fake taking care about him.

Congratulations, Fox News

Well done Fox News, nice way to censor a poor Russian child and her auntie describing how Georgian troops attacked them, and how they managed to escape thanks to the Russians.
How can we still trust the media?

Mario Lozano cleared of all charges

SgrenaMario Lozano, the New York City National Guardsman who accidentally shot and killed Nicola Calipari while he was trying to protect Italian journalist Giuliana Sgrena (after rescuing her from being held hostage by terrorists), was yesterday cleared of all charges.

Giuliana’s comment was: ‘The arrogance of the United States has won. They didn’t want the trial. The decision of the Assizes Court is inconceivable and incredible. Italy has given up its sovereignty. Calipari was celebrated as a hero when he returned to Italy in a coffin.’

My comment is: Miss Sgrena, you should just shut up. If there is a murderer in all this, it is you. You went into a warzone, with no bodyguards, and caused an international incident of huge proportions. If you have a little bit of sanity left in your brain, please go pray and ask God for forgiveness for all the problems you caused to your own nation, for a hero that died, for a soldier that will have to bring the burden of killing an innocent man just because of your innate stupidity.

Thank you.

After Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails bid farewell to music labels

Trent Reznor from the official Nine Inch Nails website:

Hello everyone. I’ve waited a LONG time to be able to make the following announcement: as of right now Nine Inch Nails is a totally free agent, free of any recording contract with any label. I have been under recording contracts for 18 years and have watched the business radically mutate from one thing to something inherently very different and it gives me great pleasure to be able to finally have a direct relationship with the audience as I see fit and appropriate. Look for some announcements in the near future regarding 2008.

Exciting times, indeed.

Nine Inch NailsThis is shocking news.
My wish is that all music artist will start to auto produce their own music using the web and show the majors who really is in control.
It is cheap, it is practical, it is quick, you don’t have to queue in a Virgin Megastore to get the album you want to buy and 90% of users prefer digital formats anyway. Who goes around carrying a CD player nowadays? It was about time something like this happened. Good luck to all music bands that will follow their example. The future is now :)
