45 million euros for a website? No it is not a joke, it is Italy
The official Italian website for tourism and information was recently published online.
Total cost: 45 million euros.
Yep, you heard it right. 45 million euros wasted for a mediocre website that any company worldwide could make for less than 10.000.
There are times when I am proud of my country, but this is definitely not the case.
Fun fact: the logo alone costed 100.000 euros to make.

Go figure.
Omg, Flickr Explore
Today I found out that one of my pictures made it to the Flickr Explore Gallery – a selection of the 500 most “interesting” photos submitted every day on Flickr.
Considering these pictures account for about 0.1% the total number of pictures submitted daily, I was pleasantly surprised.
If you want to see it, click the image above :)
Cheers!
